My Weekly Routine

When I first started going to the gym, I didn't realize I was at the start of a major life change and passion for my physical health. The gym is my favorite hobby because it gives me a place where I can go and work on myself, see changes in real-time, and improve my health and personal confidence.

Weekly Program

Here is a rough schedule of what my average week looks like since I started working out. Though, I must mention I am no professional- this routine did give me great results and helped me lose a lot of weight and get in shape! The following workouts are not set in stone are are more or less of a guideline to help you get started and understand what to do if you are new to the gym. I also added a few hyper-links to show proper form for some of the workouts I mention. Remember always, form is the most important part of weight lifting!
